Filipiniana Tagaytay is situated along the 20-meter wide Tagaytay National Highway.

At the heart of this prime tourist and business hub is Filipiniana Tagaytay, which sits on a prime parcel of land containing an area of 20 hectares (50 acres) more or less.  It is located in Metro Tagaytay, at Km. 69, Tagaytay National Highway, Barangay Dayap Itaas, Laurel, Batangas.  The Project has a 200-meter frontage along the Tagaytay National Highway.
