To maintain a position of leadership in the real estate industry through timely and efficient operations by our group of companies in the areas of property management and development, brokerage and project sales, investment and other related services, through a highly motivated, well-trained, productive, and effective organization of professionals and skilled workers steeped in teamwork, family spirit and good governance.
Top Contributor to Housing
In terms of housing inventories, the RGV Center has effectively handled more than 30,000 units as its direct contributions to the country’s shelter program, particularly involving the overseas Filipino markets in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Brunei and Hongkong.

Acting as a One-Stop-Shop engaged in the acquisition, development and
marketing of low, middle and high-income real estate properties, the
RGV Real Estate Center, Inc. , member of the RGV Group, has become a
