The Bataan Condominium Buildings are of seven (7) storeys with the ground floor devoted for parking. It has a total of 120 units at 20 units per floor level.
Gross floor area of the units are 31, 37 and 48 (with loft) square meters. Most of the units have balconies to capture the panoramic view of Taal Volcano and Taal Lake, Balayan Bay and Mountain View, or the Garden View, depending on the location of the unit.
Aside from strictly conforming to the National Building Code, each building is provided with an elevator, fire sprinkler system, master TV antennae, closed circuit TV, and entrance cable for PLDT line connection to the units.
