CLASSIFICATION OF MEMBERS

    • Any individual person or company, willing to invest for the cost of one non-proprietary membership

      share.
    • Investment payment scheme could be either in spot cash, or a maximum term of one year without

      interest.
    • A Certificate of Membership will be issued 30 days after full payment of the cost of membership

      share and payment of documentary stamp equivalent to .75% of the purchase price.

INITIAL OFFERING

The owner-developer, FILIPINIANA TAGAYTAY PROPERTIES, INC. to provide the privilege to the first 500 members to acquire membership shares for only P400,000.00 per share payable on terms.

PRIORITY RESERVATIONS

Priority reservation will not be subject to any reservation fee.

As soon as the approval of concerned government agency is obtained, a notice of approval of membership will be served to prospective members who has five (5) days within which to tender the payment, either on cash or installment.

If the member fails to pay the priority reservation, the privilege is given to other interested party or parties.

 

MANNER OF PAYMENT:

30% downpayment;

70% balance payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments without interest.

 

MONTHLY DUES

The monthly dues is estimated to be about PHP 1,000.00 subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the City Club.
